Methodology

Every result has to earn its conditions.

We keep product evidence, configuration assumptions and unresolved questions visible.

Evidence sources

We prefer current manufacturer product documentation, support pages and technical references. Source records identify the publisher, document title, URL and review date. The current A1 mini AMS hub note uses Bambu’s Wiki FAQ reviewed October 19, 2026; it supersedes an older conflicting store FAQ for the specific hub configuration. Source pages can change, so the displayed date tells readers when our review occurred rather than promising permanent accuracy.

Separate axes, then match them together

A printer/material statement does not establish feeder compatibility, nozzle suitability or spool fit. The finder only returns a result for an exact curated configuration across printer, material grade, feeder, nozzle, hub and spool identity. A known negative is kept as its own rule so another positive statement cannot erase it. A missing rule or source disagreement yields Not verified.

Draft research versus published rules

The P0 compatibility JSON contains research records and every record is marked publishable false. Those draft axis records are not loaded into the user-facing resolver. P1 has a separate curated rule set with typed validation, source references and tests. It remains intentionally narrow: regular PETG, PLA-CF and many third-party combinations are not yet complete positive configurations.

What status labels mean

Conditionally supported means documentation covers the exact selected scope subject to the displayed conditions. Manufacturer not recommended reflects a manufacturer restriction for that scope; it is not a claim that printing is physically impossible. Not verified means the evidence is missing, ambiguous or not complete for all selected axes. None of these labels is a safety certification or print guarantee.

Review and corrections

These pages are a desk-research synthesis and do not present hands-on tests. When sources conflict or change, the relevant rule should be revised or withdrawn and related content updated. This build’s source review date is October 19, 2026. A launch owner should recheck current sources before publishing and set the actual production site URL in PUBLIC_SITE_URL.
